The Framework Builder

Build an instructional framework for one area of practice, following the process from Mapping Professional Practice.

  1. Interview

    An AI coach asks you about the practice you want to describe, one question at a time. You tell it about real moments: when it went sideways, and what a skilled colleague does differently.

  2. Draft

    From your stories, the coach drafts a complete framework: three to five key components, each described at four levels of fluency. You load it into your workspace with one click and edit any cell.

  3. Refine

    The coach reviews the draft against the book's quality checks and suggests changes. You decide what to keep.

  4. Share

    Print your framework or save it as a PDF to take to a trusted colleague, then to your team.
